From Milk to Meals: Your Baby’s Confident Start to Solids

Empowering Parents. Building Confidence. Nurturing Lifelong Healthy Eaters.

At Kids Feeding Wellness, we believe the transition to solids is about so much more than just nutrition—it’s a foundation for your child’s lifelong relationship with food.

This carefully designed 2-day workshop series was created to help parents and caregivers feel informed, confident, and supported as they guide their babies from milk to meals during the most critical window of feeding development.

Why We’re Hosting This Workshop

The early months of introducing solids are a time of rapid brain growth, sensory development, and learning. Yet, for many parents, it can also feel overwhelming and uncertain.

This workshop is here to change that.

Our mission:

  • Empower you with evidence-based knowledge and hands-on practice

  • Equip you with practical tools you can start using right away

  • Support your baby to feel safe, curious, and confident around food

Whether your baby is almost ready to start solids or you’ve just begun the journey, this experience will guide you step by step.

Feel confident guiding your baby’s first bites and beyond.
