Feeding Consultation + Personalized Feeding Plan

$250.00

90 minutes · Virtual or in-person (in-home in Astoria and surrounding areas; travel fee applies)

Understand why feeding feels hard for your child, and leave with a clear plan you can start using right away. We look at the whole picture, not just what or how much your child eats.

Who it's for: Infants, toddlers, and older children, whether you're facing bottle feeding challenges, a bumpy start to solids, picky eating, or more complex feeding needs.

What We'll Cover

  • Your child's feeding history and your main concerns

  • Medical and developmental factors that may affect feeding

  • How your child feeds now: bottle, purées, or table foods

  • Feeding skills, oral-motor skills, and sensory needs (when appropriate)

  • Milk intake, food variety, and mealtime behaviors, depending on your child's age

  • Family routines and mealtime dynamics

  • Your goals and questions

You'll Leave With

  • A feeding profile: your child's strengths, challenges, and what's contributing to mealtime difficulties

  • A feeding plan: practical strategies that fit your family's daily routine

  • A written report: key findings and recommendations to refer back to

  • Clear next steps: what to focus on first, and whether ongoing support would help

After your consultation: Some families have everything they need to carry out the plan at home. Others add Guided Feeding Sessions or Feeding Support Calls for extra guidance. We'll only recommend the support your child and family actually need.

After you book: You'll receive access to your client portal and intake forms. Once Argie reviews them, she'll call to schedule your consultation and explain what to have ready. Consultations are typically scheduled 1–3 weeks from booking.
